How do I place an order?
Feel free to contact us by phone, fax, email, or mail. We
accept personal or company checks, cashier's checks,
American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Sales tax is applied
to orders shipped to California (8.75%).
What is the shipping policy?
Prices shown on our site do not include shipping costs.
Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
FedEx Express service is available at an additional charge.
Plein Air Frames will let
you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the
merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or
if we need to confirm availability. If you order items with
different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item
along with a back-ordered item - each item will ship as soon
as it's ready. The minimum shipping charge for all orders is
$20. Orders with BOXES CONTAINING
SIZES 16X20 AND ABOVE MAY BE SUBJECT TO A SPECIAL HANDLING
SURCHARGE OF $25.00 PER BOX. Shipping for oversized
items is available only to destinations in the Continental
United States.
When will my order arrive?

Your order will be processed, packed and shipped within 7-14 business days.
After that time, the (FedEx Ground) transit time for
in-stock items is 5-7 business days.
Your order may take up to four weeks to arrive at your
location. Destinations outside of the Continental United States and
oversized items may take longer.
How are the frames made?
Our Ready-Made frames Special Order Professional frames are
constructed from solid wood or composition over wood and
hand finished after they are assembled. Some frames include
enhancements made from composite materials. Our Special
Order Value frames are constructed from pre-finished solid
wood moulding. The visibility of the corner seam or miter
varies for all frames, depending on the construction and
finish of each frame style. Note: Frames made from solid
wood will naturally expand and contract.
What type of finishes are
available?
Each frame has its own unique finish, which is a combination
of gold tone metal leaf and various applied colorings. We
strive for maximum consistency, but our finishes may vary
slightly from frame to frame and can be mildly irregular in
color or appearance.
Can an order be cancelled?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced
and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If
the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for
all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges
will be deducted from your refund.
What is the return policy?
Plein Air Frames offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. We
will issue a credit or refund for most items returned in new
condition within 30 days of the shipment date. We please ask
that you request approval prior to making your return.
There
are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. |
